Position Title: Web Designer (Male/Female) The Web Designer plays a crucial role in developing visually engaging and functional websites that enhance user experience. This position encompasses designing website layouts, implementing responsive designs, and collaborating with a team to ensure that all projects align with brand guidelines and meet user needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Create visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts that integrate graphic design elements, branding, and user experience best practices.
  • Responsive Design: Ensure all websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing seamless functionality on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive project execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Content Management: Update website content regularly, including text, images, videos, and other digital elements, using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engines, including keyword research, meta tags, and usability enhancements.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct regular testing and debugging of websites to ensure optimal performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • User Research: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas of improvement, enhancing overall user experience and engagement.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate new techniques and maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience (2-4 years) in web design or a related role, showcasing a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Responsive Design Knowledge: Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring sites function well across devices.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to monitor performance.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics and detail, ensuring high-quality output in all designs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and efficiently resolve them, adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
