About Us

HCL Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing end-to-end web applications that meet business requirements. They utilize a variety of technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular for the front end, while employing Node.js, Java, or Python for back-end development. They also work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle, ensuring the integration and performance of web applications. Their role involves not only writing and debugging code but also collaborating with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products. These developers are expected to keep up with industry trends and continuously improve their skills to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Build and optimize applications across the stack using industry-standard frameworks and languages.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Testing: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Database Management: Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
Deployment: Oversee the integration and deployment of applications on various platforms.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for development processes, designs, and code.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full stack development.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
Experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Java, or Python.
Knowledge of database technologies: MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with deployment tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile development practices is a plus.
